All apartment homes contain reinforced walls for future installation of grab bars that meet or exceed 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design around each tub/shower and toilet unit. Grab bar installation is available, at no charge to the household, upon request. Grab bars will be installed around the tub/shower and toilet pursuant to the 2010 ADA Standards.

The Quarry Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Applicants combined Household Income cannot exceed to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below by Household Size.
HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.
HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.
MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HOUSEHOLD INCOME: HUD (“US Department of Housing of Urban Development”) publishes annual income limits based on household size that are used to determine the maximum household income. The rent program that your household may be eligible for is based on the income limits noted below.

- Upload a valid government issued photo ID for all adult household members
- Upload proof of income based on income source (example: 8 weeks of paystubs)
- Payment of application fee and application deposit
